1. About us

Kawaii International Education is an initiative of TREDMIG Company Ltd., part of the Kawaii Group of businesses, providing study-abroad guidance, language training, and overseas skilled-worker placement support to candidates based in Bangladesh.

2. Our services

We provide consultation, application preparation, language training, visa-filing assistance, and pre-departure support. We do not guarantee admission, visa approval, scholarship award, or employment outcomes, as these decisions are made solely by universities, employers, and government authorities.

3. Fees & payments

Service fees vary by destination and programme and are communicated in writing before you commit to any service. We do not require full payment upfront; payment schedules are agreed individually and set out in your service agreement.

4. Candidate responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate, complete and truthful information and documents throughout your application. Submitting false information may result in visa refusal, application rejection, or termination of our services, and is solely your responsibility.

5. No guarantee of outcome

While we prepare every application to the best professional standard, final decisions on admission, scholarships, visas and employment rest entirely with the relevant university, employer, or government authority. We are not liable for decisions made by third parties.

6. Cancellations & refunds

Refund eligibility depends on the stage of service delivered at the time of cancellation, and is set out in your individual service agreement signed at engagement. Please contact us directly to discuss any cancellation request.

7. Limitation of liability

Kawaii International Education and TREDMIG Company Ltd. are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from delays, refusals, or decisions made by third-party institutions or authorities beyond our control.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dhaka.
